Method:

  1. Peel and slice 3 ripe bananas.
  2. Place the ghee in a heavy based saucepan over a medium heat.
  3. Once the ghee has melted, add the spices followed by the sliced banana.
  4. Cook on both sides for a couple of minutes until the banana is caramelised and a golden brown colour.
  5. Delicious served with coconut yogurt and grated fresh coconut.
