Method:
- Peel and slice 3 ripe bananas.
- Place the ghee in a heavy based saucepan over a medium heat.
- Once the ghee has melted, add the spices followed by the sliced banana.
- Cook on both sides for a couple of minutes until the banana is caramelised and a golden brown colour.
- Delicious served with coconut yogurt and grated fresh coconut.
